A small studio based in Busan, South Korea.

Five ways we work

Not sure yet exactly what to build? That’s fine — we start from where you are and shape it together.

S.01

Websites &
Web Apps

“We need a website or a web tool.”

From company and brand websites to web services and admin screens for members, inquiries and content. We design for the people who run them every day.

What we’ve doneThis website, plus a client portal and operator console for consultations and project tracking — built and run in-house

S.02

App
Development

“We need an app.”

iPhone and Android apps built together — from screen design through store review and launch.

What we’ve doneBoogiOn · Bookitda · Eum — live on the App Store and Google Play

S.03

Workflow
Automation

“We want repetitive work to run on its own.”

We turn hands-on routines — sorting inquiries and requests, producing and scheduling content, routine checks and reports — into systems. Where it helps we add AI, with people still checking and approving.

What we’ve doneApplied to our own work first — AI work coordination and real-device checks (in use), promo content automation (in development) · How we build

S.04

Launch &
Operation

“What happens after launch?”

Required pages such as privacy policies, terms and account-deletion guides, store review, updates and user inquiries — we stay on after launch.

What we’ve doneLegal documents for each live app, published on this site

S.05

Media
Content

“We need a landing page and images.”

App landing pages, store screenshots and link-preview images.

What we’ve doneFive app landing pages on this site, made in-house

03

FLOW-ON Platform

A platform we’re building so that running a product after launch rests on systems, not memory. It has three parts — here is where each one stands today.

A 3D illustration connecting a message portal, an app-card console and a content wireframe with blue paths.
A 3D message panel representing requests and replies, with connected progress dots on a separate front panel. Live — preparing for our first clients

Client Portal

One place to work with clients, from the first consultation to inquiries, projects and add-on work. Deployed to production in September 2026.

  • Consultations & inquiries
  • Projects & add-ons
  • Attachments & email alerts
  • Two-factor sign-in for operators
A 3D operations panel of blank app cards and status dots connected to a small app interface. Used in-house — runs our own apps

App Ops Console

An internal tool for watching and handling our apps in one place: status, release history, inquiries, members and notices.

  • App status
  • Release history
  • Inquiries & members
  • Notices
An in-development CMS blueprint with outlined content placeholders, detached components and construction guides. In development

Content Management (CMS)

A system that lets clients manage their own website’s posts, images and inquiries. Currently being built and tested with sample data.

  • Content editing
  • Inquiry management
  • Publish & roll back

How we build with AI

AI helps us build faster and more carefully; people check the results and make the decisions. Here is what we do today, and what is planned.

A left-to-right sequence of planning cards, a connected implementation panel, human-hand magnifier review, phone checking and a released app tile.
NOWWhat we do today
  1. Claude Code is our main engineering toolWe use it to design, implement and test.
  2. Cross-review by a second AI modelImportant changes get another review from a different model, and we fix what it flags before release.
  3. People check and shipA person checks results on real screens and devices, and releases or store submissions happen only with a person’s sign-off.
PLANNEDComing next — with the Claude API
  1. Page structure & copy draftsDraft a website’s page structure and copy from a client’s business details.
  2. Maintenance request triageTurn client requests into task specs with acceptance criteria and a suggested priority.
  3. Monthly operations report draftsDraft the monthly operations report we send to each client.

Built for our own work

Not products for sale — internal systems we built and use for our own work. They are what keeps our way of building with AI running. Our app ops console is covered above under FLOW-ON Platform.

An internal coordination concept with small task panels linked in both directions to a larger magnifier review panel. Internal — in use

AI work coordination

For each project, a lead AI splits the work across several AI workers, then cross-checks and reviews the results before reporting to a person. Work queues, handoff records and human sign-off before any release are built in.

A real-device QA concept showing two phones with abstract app screens, a magnifier and an empty inspection checklist. Internal — in use

Automated real-device checks

Installs our apps on real phones, then takes screenshots and taps through the screens automatically — fewer manual check-throughs, with a visual record of each run.

A content publishing flow connecting an abstract image editor, a dateless scheduling calendar and a post card with a dotted path. Internal · In development

Promo content automation

Give it a topic about one of our apps and it drafts card-news posts, blog drafts and short vertical videos; a person reviews, edits and approves them before scheduling. Live posting to channels is still being connected.
